Michael Tadros

Founder & Managing Partner

Michael is the founder and managing partner of Trailview Partners and the CEO of Lorman Education Services.

Michael stepped into the CEO role upon the acquisition of Lorman in July 2019. He has spearheaded strategic initiatives that have propelled Lorman’s B2B growth and established the company’s reputation in the corporate training industry. With a strong management team, Michael has worked to mold Lorman’s content and technology roadmap while transforming the sales and marketing apparatus. Under his leadership, Lorman set record B2B revenue and substantially increased customer retention rates. Prior to Lorman, Michael held leadership roles at John Hancock / Manulife, where he invested in middle-market companies and worked with management teams across various industries. He ultimately rose to a leadership position on the company’s Investment Committee. From this position, Michael also played a pivotal role in the launch of a global asset management division within Manulife.

Michael received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University.  He is also a CFA Charterholder.
